S&S Builders Ltd realize that building a new home can be stressful and rather time consuming, So we have taken the liberty of organising everything, so you don’t have too.
Our package includes the following;
- Section (the land it sits on)
- Construction of the house by our licensed builders and subcontractors
- Appliances for the kitchen and laundry (oven/cooktop/dishwasher and supertub in the laundry)
- All floor coverings (carpet, and vinyl in wet areas)
- Shelving in ALL cupboards and wardrobes
- Bathroom products (including toilet roll holders, heaters, rob hooks, mirrors)
- Basic Landscaping (concrete driveways and paths, fences, decking/patios, garden boarders)
- The finishing touches (clothes line and letterbox)
